Mike Howson, Founder and President

Mr. Howson earned a Management Information Systems (MIS) degree from the McCombs School of Business and the University of Texas at Austin. The UT MIS BBA Program has been recognized for many years by U.S. News and World Report as the #1 public U.S. MIS Program (and #3 among all programs). The MIS BBA program mission: to develop leaders who leverage information technology for strategic business value.

Mr. Howson has over 10 years of hands-on leadership experience in business technology and business management from strategy to execution of business plans by aligning sales operations, go-to-market strategies, strategic partnerships, network design, product implementation, and product support. His role at Tier 1 IP includes assisting clients in planning, designing and implementing technology solutions to support their strategic vision as well as their tactical needs. He emphasizes delivering enterprise solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.

Mr. Howson currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas. A proud father of two, he participates in many extra-curricular activities and is an active sponsor for the University Little League as well as other charitable organizations.
